My name is Jasmine Alexia Jackson and I’m a Storyboard Artist who has been drawing my whole life. Born in Chicago, IL by family who immigrated from Dominica. I started my career as an Art Department Production Assistant and worked my way up to a Senior Illustrator, then a Storyboard Artist.

Six Women Illustrators of the Art Director’s Guild share how to be a fearless female voice while navigating the crafts of storyboarding, concept art, and pre-visualization. This diverse group of artists will discuss how they leverage their skills to help create and tell an authentic story as they share their personal journeys, professional experiences, and artwork from movies, TV, and commercials. You’ll hear how they stay creatively engaged and motivated, and their advice on how to dive into the industry head on.
