Arthur Fong is a visual development artist / production designer in the feature animation industry. His credits include visual development on "The Croods, The Croods 2, Kung Fu Panda 3, Rise of the Guardians, Sausage Party, Smallfoot, Mitchells vs the Machines, and Hotel Transformania". He recently production designed Sony's "Wish Dragon" and is currently art directing the new "TMNT" feature.
