CODE OF CONDUCT / ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
Our code of conduct boils down to one word: respect.
You must respect others’ safety and personal space, as well as any rules listed related to the event. Respect extends beyond our event – you must be respectful not just in-person, but online in social media interactions. Any breaches of this Code will result in action, including, but not limited to: written or verbal warnings, temporary banning, permanent ban, removal without refund for tickets, or other methods as determined by LBX in its sole discretion.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: Stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal or written comments, physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, sustained disruption of panels, signings, and other events, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention, or hate symbols in relation, but not limited to: Race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, pregnancy or vaccination status. Hate symbols of any kind are not permitted.

We are very excited to see you at LightBox Expo 2022, but with the evolving nature of the COVID-19 situation, a lot is changing quickly. We are constantly looking at the published guidance from federal, state and local health authorities and government and trying to make decisions that can promote a safe gathering. We are continuing to assess our health and safety policies for the event in light of changing state/local and venue requirements. Please check this page often for the most up-to-date information.

As of now, everyone will be required to wear a face covering while attending LightBox Expo. This policy applies to all attendees, including exhibitors, guests, artists, and staff. We will continue to evaluate this policy and post updates as they are available.
