Karla Circe is a freelance artist from the Philippines with a passion for illustration and animation. Her animated short Billy and Bonnie in All Shapes & Sizes was awarded the Grand Prize and Jury’s Citation in 2019’s Animahenasyon festival. Currently she's working as a freelance animator for the educational HOOQ TV series, Sex Talks with Dr. Holmes.
