Craig Gerber – Executive Producer, Firebuds Craig Gerber is the Emmy®-award winning creator and executive producer of Disney Junior's new animated series "Firebuds." He previously created and executive produced the hit, award-winning series "Sofia the First" and "Elena of Avalor," which featured Disney's first Latina princess. Gerber began his career in animation as a writer on the Disney Fairies film, "The Pirate Fairy." Prior to that, he was a live action screenwriter and award-winning short film director. A graduate of USC's School of Cinematic Arts, he resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three sons.
